Most first-level porch lighting installs land between $150-$275 depending on cord management and fixture placement. Roofline wraps are quoted after a quick video walk-through.

We source farm-fresh pumpkins, mums, and accents from Lancaster & York partners and prep your layout.

Our team stages, styles, and cleans up. Average onsite time is 60-90 minutes depending on package.

Need a seasonal swap or touch-up? We keep notes so winter, spring, and summer refreshes are even faster.

Install fees include up to 35 miles of travel from central Lancaster. We'll quote anything beyond that separately before checkout so there are no surprises.
